Today we had double deliveries – a sauna raft, "Frank," to Bergshamra, and a "Frank XL" to Gustavsberg. Both are painted externally with a transparent facade paint called Scandinavian Carbon from Nordsjö. The paint is opaque, but because it’s transparent, you can clearly see the wood grain, which suits our sauna houses very well.
The sauna raft destined for Bergshamra has been treated internally with white sauna wax and the benches are made of thermally modified aspen.
We always recommend our customers to treat the interior walls with sauna wax, as it provides a protective surface that is easier to clean and extends the lifespan of the sauna.
The fleet to Gustavsberg
The fleet delivered to Gustavsberg is a special fleet to be used as a floating office. The company Genuine Marine has boatyards and sells boats in Gustavsberg harbour and will have the fleet as a summer office. More pictures will be coming of it shortly.
