Some photos from today's delivery of a sauna cabin to Ljusterö. The sauna model is Svea.
This one is slightly wider than standard and has bench slats. The customer has chosen to treat the walls with black sauna wax, and the bench slats are in light aspen. Nice contrasts, we think.
This is what it looks like when the sauna cabins are lifted into place using a crane truck.
Sauna wax
This is what it looks like with black sauna wax on the walls. Sauna wax contains natural wax, which provides a protective surface on the sauna walls. If you choose to treat the walls with sauna wax, you avoid the pine walls that yellow over time. Sauna wax is available in the colours white, grey, black and brown.
