Welcome to Sweden's first floating horse transport boat?!
We were Marinbastun given an incredibly fun and exciting assignment to build an innovative floating horse transport boat for a client who wanted to transport their horses between a few island groups.
The design and construction are carefully thought out to create a comfortable journey for the horses. The horse transport boat is furnished like a stable with spillways, gallery windows, anti-slip rubber mats, and atmospheric and functional LED lighting for a calm environment during the journey. At the front there is a durable durkboard ramp with anti-slip protection that makes it easy to lead the horses directly from the pier.
Marinbastun Always performs stability tests on all its fleets and boats to guarantee the highest possible safety on the water. Through calculations and checks of the buoyancy, it is ensured that the horse transport boat remains stable and safe even when the horses are moving on board during transport.
