Gausta!! What can one say about Gausta in Norway other than that it is fantastically beautiful. To the equally fantastic Gaustablikk Høyfjellshotell, we have had the honour of manufacturing and delivering two floating saunas.
Last year, large parts of the lift system and hotels in Gaustablikk changed owners, and the new owners are investing heavily in developing the ski resort with more lifts and slopes, but we can already say that the skiing experience here is something completely different.
Gaustablikk Høyfjellshotell is located 1000 metres above sea level by Lake Kvitåvatn, and it is in this lake that our sauna rafts are situated. These are part of Gaustablikk's spa facilities, which guests can hire when they need a break from skiing 🙂
