Dock frame

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS

The dock frame on the sauna raft

We are the sole manufacturer of sauna rafts that uses generous laminated timber beams of treated wood around the entire raft. This makes the entire construction incredibly rigid and durable.

The timber we use

The timber in the jetty frame is NTR Class A, which is intended for use in ground and water contact. By using the right timber in the right place, Svensk träskyddsindustri provides a 20-year guarantee against rot damage to the jetty timber. The deck on the raft is also NTR Class A and is specially ordered in finger-jointed full lengths, resulting in a deck with 8-metre long planks entirely without joints.

The decking on the dock frame

The decking is screwed with stainless steel screws. This is time-consuming and something that hardly any other pier manufacturers bother to do, instead nailing their piers or rafts with hot-dip galvanised nails, which does not provide the same beautiful and solid deck and, above all, not the same lifespan.
You can have a say in the railings around the sauna raft yourself. It is, of course, important that the sauna raft fits into its surroundings, and therefore we adapt the design of the railings to your wishes.
