About our sauna cottages

Our sauna cabins

Saunas are a very common feature in Finland. Enjoying a wood-fired sauna in your garden is something entirely different from a small, poorly ventilated electric sauna indoors. Now, all the benefits of sauna bathing for both body and soul have also gained a foothold in Sweden. This has contributed to more and more people wanting to get a proper sauna cabin. A sauna cabin is used year-round and offers different appealing sensations as the seasons change.

At Marinbastun, we initially only produced high-quality sauna rafts. Demand soon arose for building our beautiful sauna cabins on land as well. And so we do now! We produce factory-made sauna cabins that are as finished as possible. These sauna cabins are delivered by crane lorry and are ready for use from the day of delivery. Preparatory groundworks and any foundation are, of course, built beforehand at the chosen location. This approach offers you, as the customer, many advantages.

Here are a few:
There is no risk of weather-related damage during construction.
• No long and messy contracts will take place on-site.
• You can approve the product yourself before delivery.

Our sauna cabins, just like our sauna rafts, are built based on seven standard models and are delivered fully constructed. If you, as a customer, wish to alter the design of your specific sauna cabin, that’s no problem for us. It’s also worth considering that thanks to our unique construction method for building sauna rafts, our sauna cabins are also built in the same robust and durable manner.
Our sauna cabins follow the same concept as the sauna rafts.

The standard models come in a few different sizes and, within their respective sizes, differ only in appearance by way of various roof solutions, joints, and finishes. Through this model range, we hope everyone can find a size and model that suits them. Should you, however, feel that you have other requirements for your specific sauna cabin, you are of course welcome to get in touch.
